BuildSales provides a B2B platform for house builders to manage sales portals, accommodation schedules, and asset documentation. The Service includes:

Schedule import and management tools
Asset organisation and linking
Sales portal generation
Team access management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must be invited by an organisation administrator. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious content or code
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to:

Store and process your data to provide the Service
Display your content within your organisation's portals
Create backups for data protection purposes

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
